Your insights and initiatives will not only enhance data quality but also steer the company towards advanced, data-driven decision-making processes. This role promises a vibrant blend of analytical challenges and collaborative projects, offering you a unique chance to refine both your technical skills and soft skills within a globally strategic program.What You Will Do:- Craft and manage business metadata to enhance understanding and usage of data across the board.- Keep a clear record of data mappings, detailing the journeys of data flows and ownership.- Drive technical enhancements in data processes to reduce manual labor and streamline operations.- Engage in data exploration, analysis, and visualization to empower the business with data-informed insights.- Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and KPIs, tackling issues proactively and fostering continuous improvement.- Ensure vital data and KPIs are accessible to key stakeholders, enhancing decision-making and strategy.- Initiate and lead projects aimed at cultivating a data-centric culture within the organization.- Implement and advocate for policies that ensure data consistency and integrity, contributing to the success of digital projects and programs.- Collaborate closely with data stewards to guarantee data quality and availability.Who We're Looking For:- Fluent in professional English, Portuguese is highly desirable.- Experienced in data transformation projects, with a knack for coordinating diverse stakeholders.- A logical thinker with a pragmatic approach, armed with technical expertise in data models and SQL.- Proficient in statistical analysis, using tools like Excel, SPSS, or SAS to glean insights from data.- An analytical powerhouse, adept at organizing and interpreting vast amounts of information accurately.- A proactive, autonomous problem solver who thrives in team settings and embraces responsibility.- A self-starter, ready to bring order to chaos and shine in a dynamic environment.Key Relationships:You will report to the Local Transformation Manager and work closely with:- Project managers of transformation and data initiatives.- The Global Data Ambassador Program Manager.- Local business experts, Data Stewards, and Data Champions.- HQ Data teams and the local IT department.Position Details:- VIE (Volunteer for International Experience) contract, based in Pernod Ricard, Brazil.- Starting ASAP with a 1-year renewable contract.Take the Leap:Embark on a journey where your data expertise can ignite transformative changes.
