- Provide first-level troubleshooting for Criteo products and features;
- Monitoring, optimizing & reporting campaign performances to advertisers and media agencies;
- Provide support on various types of clients;
- Helping the AS team identify growth opportunities within current existing business portfolio;
- Act as a bridge between the account strategy team and Ops;
- Work with the Account Strategy team to develop analysis and optimizations;
- Performing admin tasks such as creating IOs and tickets for Operations teams;
- Helping build Case-studies: You will collect information and build customized case-studies for clients alongside Marketing teams;
- Must be able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines;
- Desire to learn about AdTech market and all the challenges on this business worldwide;
- Business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key;
- Analytical skills and attention to details to explore product performances and explain any recommendation made;
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels of interlocutors;
- Passion for new media, internet trends and continual learning;
- Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications;
- Clear and effective communication skills;
- Ability to build and write reports;
- Advanced English;
- Spanish is a plus;
