- Manage inbound membership inquiries from referrals, local partners, and community channels
- Respond to prospective members via email and ensure timely follow-up
- Coordinate with on-site staff to schedule tours and membership conversations
- Track leads and ensure every inquiry receives proper follow-through
- Create and publish social media posts highlighting club events, community activity, and member experiences
- Design simple graphics and visuals for posts, newsletters, and announcements
- Plan and schedule social media content across relevant platforms
- Maintain a consistent voice that reflects the club’s brand and community
- Send updates, announcements, and newsletters to members
- Ensure members receive clear communication about events and programming
- Support onboarding communication for new members during their first months
- Learn and manage internal club systems such as Jonas Club Software and Members First
- Maintain accurate membership and communication data
- Track lead activity, tours, and member engagement metrics
- Support leadership with simple reporting on membership growth and engagement
- Identify practical ways to improve how the club communicates with members and prospects
- Support promotional campaigns for events, memberships, and community programs
- Suggest ideas that help increase membership interest and engagement
- 4+ years of marketing experience where you managed multiple responsibilities
- Experience running marketing for a traditional or local business
- Strong social media management and content creation skills
- Basic graphic design ability for social media and marketing materials
- Strong written communication skills and ability to respond to inquiries professionally
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple marketing tasks
- Practical mindset focused on execution and follow-through
- Experience in hospitality, private clubs, real estate, or local businesses
- Familiarity with membership management or CRM systems
- Experience creating newsletters or email marketing campaigns
- Comfort using AI tools to help create content and marketing materials
- A short 1 to 2 minute Loom video explaining a marketing initiative, social media campaign, or promotional activity you managed and the results it generated
- Video Introduction - Record an video introduction to showcase your communication skills and work experience
