- Provide FES expertise at the plant level, collaborating with departments to create an impactful FES deployment plan.
- Ensure Production System deployment, supporting standardized work, OHP development, and leading FES training sessions.
- Contribute to lead time reduction through continuous flow implementation and provide expertise on Kanban loop sizing.
- Lead the digital tools deployment, ensuring quality data capture and delivering training on tools like NEO, DMC, mLean.
- Participate in FES principles application from the design stage, implementing lean process design and submitting plant good practices.
- Reduce the Gap to Benchmark for Plant Operations through identification of Productivity Potential and active participation in productivity workshops.
- Contribute to MOD, MFC, Scrap/Yield improvement initiatives, focusing on Hoshin, 7 wastes, cycle time improvement, bottleneck management, and more.
- Ensure DLE/DLP tracking process and manage action plans, closing gaps to DLE max.
- Run value management workshops for MFC and lead problem-solving activities for Scrap/Yield improvement.
- Act as a change agent within the plant, cultivating a FES mindset rooted in Lean Manufacturing Concepts.
- Promote FES X.0 through effective communication, pulling teams into the journey of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing operations
- Minimum 1-year of working experience within a production environment
- Recognized experience and ability to improve processes and KPI's within a plant using FES principles
- Previous plant launch experience and previous management experience is a plus
- Network animation, coaching and influencing/persuasion skills
- Ability to train and coach within the plant
- Continuous improvement mind set
- Ability to master change
- Understand basic P&L and operational levers
- Fluent English language knowledge written and spoken
- Problem Diagnosis and analytic skills to understand contexts and define/support the definition of action plans
