Learn more about itTHE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Channel Partners Sales Executive to our Channel Partners Sales team in São Paulo, Brazil!Imagine that, in a short period of time, every Benefit Provider, Broker and Insurance company in Brazil will have the chance to sell Wellhub to their corporate clients. We are adding an Account Channel Executive to our Indirect Sales Team to support this hyper-growth journey. This position reports to the Director of Channel Sales and works closely with our Channel partners to integrate Wellhub into their products & services. - The primary responsibility is to generate revenue growth through our channel partners, specifically with Brokers, Insurance & benefit provider companies
- Support sales planning, business development and cross-selling initiatives
- Provide input on how to best integrate Wellhub into channel partners' existing and new offerings
- Attend sales calls and meetings with channel partner sales executives
- Actively manage the forecast and pipeline of price quotations, offers sent and contracts signed
- Support channel partners in strategic deals with key prospects and existing clients
- Personally handle strategic negotiations along with channel partner sales executives
- Generate performance controls to efficiently report on sales targets, negotiation status and timing
- Constantly seek ways to enhance Wellhub value proposition along with channel partner offers
- Interact with channel partners to raise service levels and deepen our commercial relationship

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Administration or related areas
- Experience with business development, sales and client-facing responsibilities
- Advanced level in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- English intermediate level
- Prior experience working with Brokers and Insurance companies is a plus
- Solid interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to establish relationships and maintain an active pipeline of potential clients
- Initiative to work on process improvement in a a fast and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and persuasive personality
- Ability to generate empathy with clients and peers
- Organization and Control skill
