  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions, expertise in video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans ambiguous environments, influence and collaborate across organizations and drive business success for both customers and Google.
  • Ability to sell and propose creative technologies across a wide range of decision makers.
  • Excellent tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, with the ability to align plans that deliver customer business outcomes.

  • Manage key customer relationships by serving as the primary point of contact to develop business plans, sales strategies and pitches to drive growth.
  • Own sales opportunities, strategic pitches and activation plans to achieve business goals by leveraging data and proactively developing approaches to close agreements.
  • Act as a thought leader by influencing executive stakeholders and C-level clients, while leading key initiatives beyond core responsibilities and providing direction to team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and enable cross-market and global collaboration to deliver cohesive solutions for customers, translating client needs into opportunities through industry expertise and Google's products.
