- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with senior leadership.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support stakeholder relationship management in this region.
- Knowledge of YouTube’s ad solutions and value proposition, with a specialization in creative ads products.
- Understanding of digital platforms, advertising technologies, and content formats (e.g., video, interactive experiences, social media, AI-driven creative).
- Understanding of the creator economy (IMAs, Social landscape) and how to leverage them for brand growth.
- Ability to translate data and insights into actionable creative strategies with excellent investigative skills.
- Ability to present a portfolio showcasing a track record of successful, innovative, and impactful creative campaigns and solutions, featuring a dedicated focus on YouTube.
- Deliver white-glove creative services and drive creative diagnostics assessments and recommendations, demonstrating the impact of Creative on marketing outcomes.
- Act as a consultant for marketing and creative leaders, effectively presenting and articulating creative concepts and solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Global and Regional Creative Works, Marketing, and YouTube Partnership teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of creative initiatives.
- Translate creative experimentation into measurable business outcomes aligned with customer Key Performance Indicators and Google’s Objectives and Key Results.
