Being the join the customer, our engineering and suppliers.How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead and deliver DG GET projects in LATAM, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely execution.
  • Coordinate project schedules, scope, services, materials, and customer management in line with project standards and customer requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from contract signing through to the end of the warranty period.
  • Communicate effectively-both orally and in writing-with all partners including customers and internal teams.
  • Share lessons learned from projects to drive continuous improvement in processes and strategy.
  • Supply market and project insights to improve the DG GET portfolio and maintain customer-centricity.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Electrical, Electronics, Power, or equivalent technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years of shown success in similar roles driving new digital products and digital transformation.
  • Technical experience within the energy industry.
  • Strong passion for new technologies, with in-depth knowledge of IoT, digitalization, and automation trends.
  • Customer-focused mindset with collaboration, creativity, and open communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese, and Spanish (intermediate).
