Operational & Financial Analysis;
Analysis for cost center and employee classification;
Monthly cost recognition validation by Brand and team code;
Billing validation;
Month-End Closing;
Cost estimation;
Gross Profit Control
Fee and GP quality assurance;
Bad debt monitoring;
Reporting & Forecasting;
Local Board reporting: activity levels, funnel, salary range, internal Budget;
GP/HC forecasting and cost projections;
Business Support;
Regular meetings with managers;
Client form completion and commercial support.

Perfil desejávelBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields;Solid experience in FP&A, Controllership, or related finance roles;Strong technical skills: Power BI, Query, and analytical tools;Advanced English and intermediate Spanish;Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders;Proactive mindset with problem-solving and analytical skills;Experience in dynamic environments (retail, startups, or project-driven services) is a plus.O que está sendo ofertadoBonus (PLR) up to 2 salaries;Benefits package;Flexible work model (3x2);International exposure and collaboration with global teams.
