- Manage, supervise and control Brazil own stores operation.
- Ensure the store adheres to company policies, while increasing same store sales transactions exceeding transaction quota gross profit margin expectations.
- Works to create and maintain appropriate levels of focus, operational integrity and control strategies for the business, ensuring acceptable cash handling procedures, audit results and adherence to legal, corporate and regulatory procedures.
- Meet business goals (P&L results).You’re responsible for the achievement of transactional, revenue and margin goals.
- Implement new services that are aligned with Western Union customer profile.
- In charge of own stores expansion. You’ll implement the project and hire new employees.
- Surpass metric goals for transactions, revenue, customer satisfaction scores, employee engagement scores, employee attrition, same store sales growth, quality assurance, expenses and profitability
- Act as an enthusiastic ambassador for the Western Union brand, ensuring culture, standards, people, and communication are represented in every element of the company owned experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a related field will be preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience working in a similar function and in a multinational environment.
- Process improvement and analytic mindset, with exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Package tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Power Bi.
- Advance English and Spanish level is required.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and flexibility to attend Saturdays and/or Sundays for emergencies.
- Ability to multi-task within a dynamic environment, and experience in budget management
- Experience coordinating and communicating with cross-functional global team members from Analysts to Executive Management levels.
- Experience leading and motivating large teams
- Strong relationship building expertise with internal business stakeholders and external partners.
