- Main contact person for all topics related to PSAPs or national authorities during the sales phase, including provide input for official offers and presentations;
- Identifies and evaluates existing opportunities and/or hurdles for eCall implementation in a new country due to national PSAP structure and/or national regulations (TPS eCall regulations);
- Main contact person for all topics related to PSAPs or national authorities during the implementation phase;
- Initiates, performs and/or supports processes to meet national requirements to be able/allowed to contact national PSAPs;
- Responsible to organize and structure PSAP-related information necessary to perform eCall service mainly PSAP contact data and responsibility areas
- Responsible to initiate, perform and/or support country extension of PSAP database (upload polygones and data).
- Owns ServiceNow tickets that describe issues caused by wrong or missing PSAP contact and/or responsibility information;
- Owns all ServiceNow tickets that describe issues caused by low awareness and/or acceptance of Bosch eCall service by the PSAPs
- Identifies issues of PSAP data quality and initiates measures to improve or expected changes of PSAP system;
- Defines, establishes and tracks continuous PSAP data evaluation process performed by the agents;
- Validates PSAP contacts with no operative contact in the last 6 months (if feasible) to take respective measures;
- Identifies and evaluates suitable national PSAP partners if needed (e.g. legal or structural requirement) from a process and cost perspective;
- Tracks contact quality and existing reasons for partnership;
- Initiates, performs and/or supports process to replace national PSAP partners by direct PSAP contact;
- Establishes, maintains and reinforces relationships with national and international eCall stakeholders, authorities and PSAP organizations;
- Organizes and summarizes legal advice in case of issues related to TPS eCall regulations, national;
- PSAP systems or data privacy regulations;
- Tracks development of national and regional TPS eCall regulation;
- Initiates, steers and/or contributes to technical changes of the partner database.
- Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, marketing, commercial management;
- Experience in onboarding and projects of new clients.
