To continue painting a better future, we need you!We are looking for a Process Manager I2C to work at our Mauá Plant.Job Purpose:We are looking for a Junior Process Manager to join our team in Mauá and support the implementation and improvement of operational processes in the Americas region. In this role, you will be the local arm of the Global Champion team, closely collaborating on automation projects, policy application, and system updates such as SAP. Your role will be key to driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment with global legal and strategic requirements, working centrally on projects without direct team management, but with extensive interaction with global and regional teams.Responsibilities:
  • Support the global team as a local arm in the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives, especially in continuous improvement, automation, and policy updates.
  • Analyze and optimize operational processes related to credit and collection, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the application and updating of ERP systems, especially SAP, collaborating on implementation and improvement projects.
  • Design and document methodologies and processes to standardize operations in the Americas region.
  • Work closely with global and regional teams to align initiatives and ensure proper project execution.
  • Manage improvement and automation projects, promoting effective collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability to respond to changes and new demands within the process area.
Education:
  • Degree/Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related areas; postgraduate degree is a plus.
Experience:
  • 5-10 years + in I2Cprocess operations and/or process design, Shared Services
  • Specialized knowledge of I2C financial discipline, strategy and policies
  • Excellent understanding of I2Cprocess design, ERP systems and controls, including transactional accounting processes
Specific knowledge:
  • Solid experience in credit and collection processes (I2C) and practical knowledge in SAP.
  • Experience in GBS (Global Business Services) and understanding of related operational processes.
  • Proven ability in process design and improvement, with a focus on automation as a differentiator.
  • Fluent English, mandatory for communication and alignment with global teams.
  • Ability to act as a link between local and global teams, translating requirements and implementing policies.
  • Experience in managing improvement and automation projects, with a strong results orientation.
  • Skills in teamwork, flexibility, and persuasion to lead initiatives and engage stakeholders.
