- This professional will be responsible for redefining the profile of our strategic partners, as well as the structure and performance of our PAMs (Partner Account Managers), which currently have a major focus on SMB channels.
- The challenge involves reviewing, redesigning, and executing a new channel strategy, aligned with the company''s current positioning and international growth objectives.
- ?? Responsibilities:Lead the complete restructuring of the partners area, with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Develop and execute the strategy of hunting new channels with enterprise and mid-market profiles.
- Manage the current portfolio of partners, evaluating, requalifying, and raising the standard of performance.
- Restructure the operating model of PAMs, redefining focus, goals, processes, and playbooks.
- Act transversally with areas such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure the success and integration of channels into the company''s strategy.
- Generate, monitor, and report KPIs of performance and impact of channels on the pipeline and revenue.
- ? Requirements:Experience in similar positions, with proven success stories in building or transforming partner areas.
- Practical experience with developing enterprise/mid-market channels (ISVs, integrators, consultancies, VARs).
- Strategic and hands-on profile, with an owner''s mentality and focus on sustainable growth.
- Advanced or fluent English (frequent interactions with global stakeholders).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills.
- ?? Differentials:Previous experience with B2B SaaS ecosystems.
- Participation in global channel programs or restructurings in scale-ups.
- Global vision and experience with international expansion through partners.
