Oracle Scm/Opm Consultant

• This is a fully remote position with long-term potential, ideal for someone with both technical and functional experience in Oracle Supply Chain modules.
• Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and support Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) and SCM modules such as Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, Procurement, and WMS.
• Provide functional guidance by aligning product features with customer business needs.
• Offer strategic recommendations and best practices during implementations.
• Analyze and debug technical issues using SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, etc.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve critical issues, set expectations, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Continuously improve internal processes and tools for better service delivery.
• Document system architecture, configurations, and support procedures.
• Must-Have Qualifications2+ years of techno-functional experience with Oracle Supply Chain modules.
• Minimum of 2 years in client-facing leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and Oracle EBS R12.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher, and Workflow.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Team-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Nice to HaveExperience with Demantra, ASCP, and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
