- Conduct research and analyze data to identify new opportunities for growth and development among the SME teams.
- Work closely with the SEO and Digital Marketing Director to improve our product features, processes & procedures, supporting the rollout of new initiatives.
- Partner with the leadership team to identify areas of opportunity as well as potential issues.
- Refine the content produced by the team to maintain high standards of output and elevate our digital products.
- Lead, develop, and collaborate with the SME Management team to ensure successful and timely product delivery.
- Collaborate with client-facing departments, acting as a mediator and ensuring they receive error-free products that make Olly Olly proud.
- Participate in the team culture at Olly Olly, providing regular feedback to your team and partnering in efforts to improve current best practices and processes.
- Identify workflow inconsistencies to optimize operational processes and data flow.
- 5+ years experience in digital product management or a similar role overseeing the creation and quality of digital assets.
- 2+ years experience leading & managing remote cross-functional teams in a high volume environment.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in product management for customer-facing products in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience in Quality Assurance (QA), with a proven track record of finding bugs, errors, and opportunities for improvement in digital products.
- Familiarity with WordPress as a Content Management System (CMS), including testing new features, themes, and plugins on both the front and back end.
- A keen eye for content and design quality assurance, going beyond technical mechanics to ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation.
- Figma Fluency: The ability to read, interpret, and assess design files to ensure development output is pixel-perfect and visually accurate.
- Hands-on testing experience with object-oriented applications, identifying bugs and edge-case user flow errors.
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers, developers, and other product teams.
- A gritty, action-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities can shift rapidly. You have a proven track record of driving significant, company-wide impact.
- A strategic problem-solver with the ability to craft a vision, lead problem discovery, analyze solutions, and prioritize ruthlessly to deliver results.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a similar related field
- Familiarity with:
- Project & Workflow Management: Jira, Asana, Confluence, Slack, Clockify.
- CRM: HubSpot.
- Analytics & Reporting: Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMRush.
- Website Platforms & Hosting: Pressable, Bluehost, GoDaddy.
- Other Digital Production Tools: Facebook Business Manager, Social Pilot, Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grammarly.
