  • Orchestrate Global Operations: Drive accountability for all lease management and utility payment operations globally, including invoice processing, subtenant billings, high-fidelity lease abstractions, data management, compliance activities, and issue resolution.
  • Strategic Vendor Governance: Manage the lease administration supplier contract as a high-performance partner. Develop and monitor KPIs/SLAs to ensure accuracy and timeliness in lease abstraction, invoice processing, and reporting.
  • Champion Financial Compliance: Ensure accuracy in global lease reporting. Serve as the primary bridge to Lease Accounting to manage FASB/SOX compliance and develop corrective action plans when necessary. Support external compliance audits.
  • Advanced Audit & Recovery: Oversee expense reconciliations and coordinate with suppliers performing audits and tax appeals. Ensure calculations for tenant pass-throughs are documented and mathematically sound.
  • Solve Cross-Functional Bottlenecks: Act as the traffic director and ultimate escalation point for high-priority issues, including landlord/tenant payment disputes, AP and AR actions, TIA reconciliations, security deposit recovery, and legal concerns.
Drive Process Efficiency: Continuously improve DXC’s lease administration processes, tools, and global standards. Ensure essential lease data can be used to drive actionable insights and inform real estate strategy.Required Skills
  • Global Portfolio Mastery: Significant corporate real estate experience in a lease administration function with a proven track record managing a large, multi-national portfolio.
  • Regulatory Fluency: Deep understanding of how lease practices, taxes, and regulations vary across global regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and NA).
  • Systems Expertise: High proficiency in global lease administration databases (e.g., CoStar, Enterprise Prolease, Visual Lease), AP processes in a large company, and the ability to leverage complex spreadsheets for deep-dive analysis.
  • Compliance Rigor: Familiarity with FASB (ASC 842) and lease accounting practices in a large corporate environment.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Exemplary ability to distill complex issues into clear directives and interact effectively to obtain alignment from diverse stakeholders (e.g. Landlords, Subtenants, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Analytical Precision: Excellent mathematical skills with the "detective mindset" needed to spot anomalies and solve problems.
