The role requires hands-on coding, participation in planning and executing front-end projects, and contributing to the design of robust, efficient, and scalable architectural solutions.This position is ideal for professionals seeking to deepen their technical skills and take on increasing responsibilities in a collaborative and innovative environment. Implement user interfaces, components, and features using JavaScript/TypeScript with a focus on performance and user experience.
Contribute to the design and development of scalable front-end architectures using React.JS.
Integrate front-end applications with back-end systems using WebAPI or Kafka.
Utilize UX tools such as Figma to support the design process.
Transform UI/UX prototypes into responsive, high-quality web applications.
Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Research and propose improvements based on emerging front-end technologies.
Communicate clearly and effectively in Portuguese with internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
At least three years of professional software development experience.Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
Proficiency in React.JS and familiarity with Spring frameworks.Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
Integration experience using WebAPI or Kafka.
Proficiency with Git, including Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in Portuguese
Fluency in English (required)

Experience mentoring junior developers.
Interest in continuous learning and adopting new technologies.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
