Department: ​SalesThe Market Access Manager is responsible for ensuring optimal access to the company’s medical technologies in Brazil. This role involves developing and executing market access strategies, shaping stakeholder perceptions of product value, navigating the healthcare policy and pricing landscape while removing barriers to access for patients and providers.The position requires deep expertise in Brazil’s regulatory and reimbursement systems, including ANVISA, CONITEC, and CMED, and a strong ability to communicate clinical and economic value to both public and private stakeholders. The Market Access Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Global Regulatory Affairs and Market Access, Sales, Marketing, and Government Relations to align access strategies. * Strategic Leadership
  • Design and implement market access strategies aligned with corporate and local healthcare objectives.
  • Monitor and influence healthcare policy developments, including HTA trends and reimbursement frameworks.
  • Influence the pricing and value positioning strategies for new and existing products.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with payers, government agencies, health policy influencers, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Represent the company in industry forums and policy discussions.
  • Support public procurement and tender strategy through engagement with SUS and private payers.
  • Health Economics & Value Communication
  • Develop and support health economic models and value dossiers for HTA submissions (e.g., CONITEC, ANS).
  • Translate clinical and economic evidence into compelling value propositions for decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment on value messaging and evidence generation.
  • Internal Collaboration
  • Collaborate with global market access and health economics teams.
  • Develop defensible value propositions for products.
  • Prepare marketing collateral and economic evidence.
  • Train sales and marketing teams on value propositions.
