- Direct New Business sales and Account Management responsibility for the LATAM Territory
- Work with the sales management team to establish direct sales through a strategic territory plan and additional market development strategies for the defined territory accounts
- Develop and coordinate strategic activities with clients to further develop the business relationship
- Together with management build strategic partnership with local SI companies to further establish Axway's penetration within specific verticals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns & programs to build pipeline
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and bookings commitments
- Build and drive new sales pipelines across designated verticals and/or territories to meet agreed targets
- At least 3 years of technology-related experience selling software solutions at a multinational software company, as Direct Sales Executive in Brazil
- Solid relationship contacts with large accounts in LATAM
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- A Bachelor’s degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent) is required; MBA is preferred
- Ready to travel when required (not very usual, but for trainings at Axway Corp or visits out of São Paulo. Travel to resume when appropriate.)
- Experience in Integration Management, IPAAS, Managed File Transfer, Mobile, Digital & B2B solutions are desirable
- Proven ability to work independently to achieve results!
