- About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage agency incentive programs and contract operations within our commercialization team.
- This role is key to supporting the integrity and efficiency of contract workflows, rebate tracking, and ensuring commercial compliance with our agency partners.
- Key Responsibilities:Contract ManagementCoordinate the full contract lifecycle for agencies and advertisers, including NDAs, onboarding agreements, and addendums.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and legal teams to ensure accuracy, timely approval, and signature tracking.
- Maintain organized records and dashboards for contract control and audit purposes.
- Support updates and alignment with global teams on contract standards and processes.
- Agency Incentives & RebatesManage the end-to-end rebate process for advertising agencies, including analysis of eligibility based on campaign data and financial validation.
- Track and follow up on overdue payments and agency compliance to ensure alignment with incentive program policies.
- Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams to validate billing status and maintain accuracy in incentive calculations.
