  • Proactively approach customers to improve cargo readiness level.
  • Main responsibilities and assignments: Monitor the volume of vessels and keep the information received updated on our systems.
  • Create reports to monitor cargo readiness according to the dynamics.
  • Send notification to the customers according to each vessel report Collect from ONE Force the customers feedback and feed the cargo readiness file to follow vessel situation Report on ONE Force each vessel shortfall results and main offenders, with the complete report and analyzes for cargo management and sales information Vessel cleans up, disregarding the bookings that customer has not met the draft deadline for the manifest Manage load in cargos and transfer to the next vessel all the bookings that has not met the deadline Work together with Cargo Management sharing updates of vessel performance and defining strategy of vessel performance to maximize utilization Work together with Cargo Management & Space Control for LAR requests when needed Assist customers with windows issues with terminals Catch up with teams Space Control, Commercial, Cargo Ready, Marketing, EQC to discuss strategy of vessel performance based on Sales Rate Feedback, AP, Missing Account, Tariffs, Vessel Performance.
  • Degree and specific knowledge: Graduated in Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics and related areas; Intermediate level of English (mandatory), Advanced (desirable) Strong analytical and problem solving skills Office Package (Excel - intermediate/advanced).
