Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doAs a GCP Intern, you will support our cloud operations by contributing to key projects focused on improving governance, optimizing usage, and reducing risk in our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment. This role is ideal for a motivated student or early-career technologist interested in gaining real-world experience in cloud security, infrastructure auditing, and platform governance at scale.You will work alongside experienced engineers and gain exposure to cloud policy enforcement, identity and access management, centralized monitoring, and cost containment strategies. Your efforts will free up senior engineering bandwidth while directly contributing to a safer, more efficient GCP environment.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Cloud Apps.ResponsibilityHelp design and document a scalable governance model including policies, guardrails, and best practices to ensure operational consistencyConduct a comprehensive review of GCP accounts to verify ownership, detect policy violations, decommission inactive projects, and ensure compliance across environmentsCollaborate with stakeholders to define project ownership, apply IAM policies based on least-privilege principles, and drive adherence to Docusign's security policiesAssist in deploying and maintaining centralized logging solutions using Google Cloud Logging, Microsoft Sentinel, or similar tools to enhance visibility across workloadsEvaluate and fine-tune logging configurations to balance cost, security, and compliance and ensure alignment with internal audit and retention policiesHelp schedule and run security posture audits, refine monitoring alerts, and integrate findings into governance and operational workflowsJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.
