- Principle Accountabilities Provide support to key accounts and customers by setting up new customers and contacts, creating/entering new purchase orders, loading requirements and quotes into our CRM system, order and status follow up with Customers.
- Work alongside various teams such as the purchasing team for sourcing and pricing, the sales team for reporting and the operations team for shipping.
- Validate and update Smiths internal CRM system.
- Conduct market industry research.
- Support the office with ad-hoc analyses and reports.
- Requirements At least one year of experience in the industry.
- Bachelors in international trade, business administration or a related field.
- Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English (both conversational and written) Spanish would be a plus.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior administrative support experience preferred.
- Tech Savvy.
