  • Principle Accountabilities Provide support to key accounts and customers by setting up new customers and contacts, creating/entering new purchase orders, loading requirements and quotes into our CRM system, order and status follow up with Customers.
  • Work alongside various teams such as the purchasing team for sourcing and pricing, the sales team for reporting and the operations team for shipping.
  • Validate and update Smiths internal CRM system.
  • Conduct market industry research.
  • Support the office with ad-hoc analyses and reports.
  • Requirements At least one year of experience in the industry.
  • Bachelors in international trade, business administration or a related field.
  • Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English (both conversational and written) Spanish would be a plus.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior administrative support experience preferred.
  • Tech Savvy.
