- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of tax-related processes within SAP FI.
- Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams to translate complex customer requirements into effective, system-supported solutions.
- Establish and maintain trusted partnerships with internal business and technical stakeholders, acting as "ONE TEAM" from portfolio to delivery and operation.
- Drive continuous improvement of IT Product and Service quality, focusing on stability, usability, maintainability, and customer satisfaction.
- Automate and innovate, leading the early adoption of new methods, technologies, and solutions in close cooperation with Product Development and other innovative teams.
- Design and oversee technical implementation details in close collaboration with the development team, ensuring an optimal customer experience and end-to-end process.
- Develop personal skills and competencies in the latest business models, solutions, and technologies.
- Participate in global and regional projects as a key FI expert, with the potential to lead projects of low to medium complexity.
- Provide advanced 3rd level support to users on SAP FI topics.
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
- SAP FI Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in the SAP R/3 - FI (Financial Accounting) module.
- Experience in projects involving SAP systems.
- Ability to act as an FI expert in global and regional projects.
- Experience with 3rd level support for users on FI topics.
- Tax Process / TDF Knowledge & Experience:
- SAP FI and TDF (Tax Declaration Framework).
- Experience in implementing improvements related to tax processes.
- Collaboration to understand and transform customer requirements into efficient system-supported processes, specifically related to TAX.
- Language Proficiency:
- English - Intermediate (ability to communicate in daily work situations, understand technical documentation, and participate in meetings).
- Collaboration & Communication Skills:
- Collaborates with other team members to understand and transform customer requirements.
- Establishes a trusted partnership with internal business and technical counterparts, acting as "ONE TEAM."
- Designs technical implementation details in close collaboration with the development team, considering customer experience and E2E processes.
- Focus on Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Ability to drive continuous improvement of IT Product and Service quality (stability, usability, maintainability, and ultimately customer satisfaction).
- Ability to automate, drive innovation, and early adoption of new methods, technologies, and solutions.
- Basic Tool Knowledge:
- SAP ECC FI.
- Basic knowledge of ABAP.
- MS-Office.
- Project planning tools.
- Advanced SAP Tax/Compliance Knowledge:
- SAP GRC
- SAP DRC
- SAP eDocument
- Additional SAP / Data Knowledge:
- Knowledge in Calculation View (a differentiator).
- CO (Controlling) knowledge is a plus.
- Participation in regional projects mainly as a database modeling expert with low and medium complexity.
- 3rd level of support to users related to SQL topics.
- Language Proficiency:
- English - Advanced (fluency for complex discussions, negotiations, and presentations).
- Project Leadership:
- Potential to lead low to medium complexity projects.
