Supports corporate planning by conducting analyses of competitors, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization.## This role in summaryWe are looking for a highly driven Finance Manager to lead financial consolidation and strategic initiatives across our Latin America region. This role is critical in supporting business growth, ensuring financial integrity, and partnering with leadership to drive performance.## Your responsibilities will include
  • Lead regional financial consolidation, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across multiple LATAM entities;
  • Own P&L and Free Cash Flow (FCF) forecasting, reporting, and accuracy metrics tracking;
  • Deliver financial performance reporting and prepare materials for leadership and monthly business reviews;
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing actuals vs. plans and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities;
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Spending, Logistics, Service, and Operations to track performance, challenge assumptions, and improve outcomes;
  • Oversee controllership activities, ensuring accuracy of financial data and compliance with corporate and local requirements;
  • Ensure all reporting is timely, accurate, and free of financial misstatements;
  • Conduct break-even analysis on pricing strategies and investment decisions;
  • Translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior leadership;
  • Drive profitability improvements through analysis of results, forecasts, variances, and trends;
  • Develop and implement financial plans aligned with profitability targets;
  • Provide decision support and ad-hoc analysis for key business initiatives;
  • Proactively communicate financial risks, opportunities, and key business drivers;
  • Identify and lead process improvements, including forecasting models and reporting enhancements;
  • Develop automated tools, dashboards, and scalable reporting solutions to increase productivity;
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives across finance (processes, systems, reporting);
  • Ensure process excellence and efficiency across the organization;
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team;
  • Collaborate effectively in a multicultural, cross-regional environment;
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines;
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders on any significant financial impact or risk.
## Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Operations, or Industrial Engineering;
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, P&L, and Free Cash Flow management;
  • Proven experience in financial consolidation across multiple countries;
  • Experience with SAP, advanced Microsoft Excel, and G Suite;
  • Previous experience managing teams and driving performance;
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders;
  • Ability to summarize complex analyses into clear recommendations;
  • High level of organizational agility, handling ambiguity and competing priorities;
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset;
  • Strong compliance awareness and financial governance understanding;
  • Self-driven, proactive, and “can-do” attitude with a continuous learning mindset;
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environments;
  • Fluent in English.
## Preferred skills and experiences
  • Strong experience in finance, accounting, and controllership, ideally in a multinational environment;
  • Proven track record in financial consolidation across multiple entities/countries;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills;
  • Experience working in or with Latin America markets is highly preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA is a plus).
