Equipment maintenance analyst

• Ensure the safety of equipment and the effectiveness of equipment safety devices; 2.
• Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of automation equipment; 3.
• Responsible for the effective implementation of annual preventive maintenance, reduce the occurrence rate of equipment failures, and keep records; 4.
• Participate in and organize personnel to promptly solve the failures and frequent failures of key equipment and reduce equipment downtime; 5.
• Track the overall operating status and efficiency of the equipment, cooperate with the operation team to improve system stability and efficiency, collect and analyze information, promptly discover potential failures and take corresponding measures immediately; 6.
• Responsible for the statistical summary of equipment maintenance records, formulate monthly operation status reports, analyze the causes of equipment failures, and formulate improvement measures.
• Job requirement: 1.
• College degree or above, major in mechanics or mechatronics; 2.
• Rich experience and knowledge in mechanics or mechatronics; 3.
• Experience in equipment maintenance.
