
Solutions Engineer

- Provide the client with detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved and make sure the implementations and initiatives are deployed in a timely manner (Project management).
- Accompany the Customer Success team in the production stage and carry out practical demonstrations of proposed solutions.
- Configure the services, test them, and analyze metrics.
- Implement upsells and add new versions of the software when the clients are live.
- Improve documentation of the area.
- +2 years of Proven track record in a solution engineer role or customer support role.
- Previous experience integrating systems.
- Experience with software engineering, customer experience and design architecture.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Software or engineering fields is preferred.
- Direct, hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role is a must.
- Strong background in using REST API Services.
- Familiarity with cloud based environments such as AWS.
- Familiarity constructing SQL queries and consulting SQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge on Postman, Rest Apis and Jira.
- Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way.
- Project management skills are required.
