- The Service Sales Analyst will focus on post-sales activities, promoting service strategies, preparing and negotiating proposals, and maintaining strong customer relationships in line with guidelines from the Service Business Development (Service BD) Manager.
- Main activities and Responsibilities: Proposal Development and Coordination: Prepare service proposals for PV and BESS projects in Brazil, coordinating with LATAM stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales and Execution teams to define proposal terms and technical requirements.
- Align proposals with customer needs, pricing strategies, and delivery conditions.
- Identify and highlight service scope, exclusions, and boundaries.
- Customer Engagement and Negotiation: Lead service proposal negotiations with clients.
- Plan and attend in-person and online customer meetings for follow-ups and relationship building.
- Align with customers on spare parts proposals and technical details.
- Help on to review Customers service contracts drafts to match service offers.
- Operational and Strategic Support: Coordinate with Backoffice to resolve issues in the proposal process.
- Work with Legal, Service, and O&M teams to address special contract requirements.
- Liaise with Logistics and HQ for pricing, delivery times, and product specifications.
- Handover approved offers to execution teams after customer confirmation.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Support market assessments to identify new service opportunities.
- Track service proposal pipeline and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Maintain and improve proposal templates, tools, and pricing spreadsheets.
- Contribute to process optimization and identification of best practices.
- Requirements: Mandatory Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, service, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Availability for national travel (up to 25%).
- Valid driver's license.
- Preferred Qualifications: MBA or graduate degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations and import logistics.
- Familiarity with service contracts and pricing models.
- Intermediate Spanish language skills.
- Understanding of Brazilian land and air logistics.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and basic communications/networking.
