
Service Sales Manager - Programs (Latin America)

- Focus on selling ProAdvantage products to customers that own or who are purchasing Textron Aviation products including Cessna Citation, Caravan, King Air and Hawker aircraft.
- Responsible for tracking aircraft transactions within territory and marketing ProAdvantage as early in the process as possible.
- Research and identify potential sales opportunities using available reports and tools. Actively seek and identify cross-sell and up-sell service opportunities. Aggressively pursue sales leads provided by Textron Aviation employees and satisfied customers.
- Use a variety of marketing techniques to generate and secure ProAdvantage sales: hosting Service Center visits, telemarketing, organizing/participating customer engagement events, and written correspondence to name a few. Utilize and maintain a customer data base.
- Build proposals, calculate enrollment fees, draft contracts, request open account and coordinate all documents necessary to enroll new customers on ProAdvantage.
- Identify opportunities to upsell new programs to existing customers. (i.e. Propose Protech/Labor program to a customer enrolling or renewing ProParts).
- Receive and process customers’ requests for Program termination due to aircraft sale and ensure the new buyer continues with ProAdvantage enrollment for their aircraft.
- Transfer ProAdvantage contracts to the new buyer of an aircraft while attempting to upsell additional products. (i.e. Proposing Protech/Labor program to a customer transferring ProParts).
- Specifically track used aircraft sales/deliveries, identify aircraft enrolled with ProAdvantage, and ensure proper documentation is in place with the new buyer, also prospecting potential ProAdvantage opportunities for non-enrolled aircraft.
- Responsible for Contract Assignments and engine upgrades / conversions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years sales and/or marketing experience required
- SalesForce.com and the Microsoft suite.

- Candidate must be able to work in an autonomous self-directed environment to achieve the marketing strategies and sales goals set forth by the company.
- Candidate must possess strong communication skills (written and oral) to achieve relationships with local aircraft owners, operators, directors of maintenance, and brokers.
- Candidate must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time in all associated markets.
- A&P or Pilot license preferred.
