What You BringMust-Haves

Strong portfolio demonstrating social media ad creation (Meta, Instagram, TikTok)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (i.e Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Experience with e-commerce brands or performance marketing

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and Shopify
Understanding of conversion-focused creative strategies
Experience working in remote teams
Knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
