- Develop and capture new business opportunities in the Data Center market in Brazil and Latin America.
- Work predominantly externally, focusing on prospecting, relationship building, and influencing strategic projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with:
o EPCs, Construction Companies, Integrators and Engineering companies;
o Utilities, Sector Associations and Regulators
- Influence technical and commercial decisions from the initial phases of projects, increasing the probability of success.
- Develop and manage a qualified project pipeline, ensuring visibility and predictability for the organization.
- Work in an integrated manner with internal areas and Business Units (Electrification, Digital Solutions and Power Grid), promoting cross-selling and complete solutions offer.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory opportunities and tax incentives applicable to the sector.
- Contribute strategic insights for product development (NPI) and solution roadmap.
- Prepare analyses, reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computing, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
- Solid experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Market Development.
- Experience in sectors such as Datacenters, infrastructure and energy.
- Experience in consultative negotiation, complex projects, and long sales cycles.
- Previous experience in environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced English.
- Spanish desirable.
