Formula Management AnalystJoin us and Be the Engine Behind InnovationLocation: Mogi Guaçu/SPReports to: Sr Manager Global Quality InnovationWorkplace type: On SiteAs our Formula Management Analyst, you’ll be the expert behind the scenes managing formula system for South America region. You’ll ensure the data powering our product formulas is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business needs—driving smarter decisions, seamless collaboration, and faster product commercialization.Your role will be:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary contact for all things IPA—troubleshooting, training, and guiding users across the globe.
  • Maintain and improve the accuracy of our formula database, ensuring error-free, regulation-compliant product data.
  • Manage the IPA administrative system—set up roles, approvals, and workflows, and keep them current as the organization evolves.
  • Generate and analyze data from IPA systems to drive continuous improvement across workflows and processes.
  • Support system upgrades, acquisitions, and new product launches by managing large-scale formula changes or uploads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IPA processes align with quality, safety, and business goals.
  • Assist with global commercialization projects and integrations to ensure seamless, reliable data flow between platforms.
Your profile needs these qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline
  • Experience working with formulas, either in manufacturing, development, or technical service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. As a global role, this individual must be proficient in the use of the English language.
