You will lead our LATAM sales team, reporting directly to the LATAM GM and dotted to the VP Global Revenue. Refining regional strategies, mentoring talent, and securing strategic partnerships with mobile-first enterprise customers in a high-growth, SaaS-driven environment.What You'll Do
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies based on regional commercial and product needs
- Lead and coach a team of sellers to achieve and exceed individual and team quotas
- Drive growth in a full book of business that includes new logo acquisition, Upsells and Renewals across verticals and Segments , managing complex sales cycles and strategic deals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, SDR, Legal, Partner Development, and Customer Success
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews, deliver accurate forecasts, and support team members through the funnel
- Influence product development with insights from the LATAM region and customer needs
- Contribute to continual process improvements and knowledge sharing within the sales leadership team
- Native Portuguese or Spanish and fluent English
- 7+ years of SaaS/AdTech sales experience with strong results in new customer acquisition, customer retention, Upsells and Renewals, securing NRR and GRR results
- Proven experience with working with Customer Success teams
- Proven success in managing and growing
- Deep understanding of the mobile advertising and marketing technology ecosystem
- Ability to coach, develop, and elevate sales professionals at all levels
- Proven success in managing enterprise-level sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills
- Experience with Salesforce and working across global teams
- Willingness to travel as needed to support business development initiatives
