- Job DescriptionWe are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
- In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our market position.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with organizational goalsAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business strategiesLead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovationOversee the creation and management of the annual sales and marketing budgetCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and sales processesEstablish and maintain key client relationships, actively participating in high-level sales presentations and negotiationsMonitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior managementDevelop and implement customer retention strategies to maximize long-term revenueStay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously improving sales and marketing effectivenessRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferredMinimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior management roleProven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategiesStrong understanding of global markets and business acumen, with knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market a plusExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisionsProficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience with CRM systems and marketing analytics toolsStrong financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skillshighly desirableAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the cultureNote: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permitsOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
