Location: Latam (Remote)About the RoleWe're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to plan, build, and optimize campaigns that drive user engagement, monetization, and retention. You'll own the execution of push notifications, in-app messages, and email marketing using tools like MoEngage and Purchasely, while working closely with Product and Engineering to deliver highly personalized lifecycle journeys.Success in this role over the first 3-6 months will mean:
- Launching and maintaining multiple lifecycle campaigns with accurate targeting and triggers
- Improving key engagement and retention metrics through A/B testing and segmentation
- Delivering consistent campaign performance reports with actionable insights
- Building strong cross-functional partnerships to execute promotions and paywall strategies
- Plan and execute lifecycle marketing initiatives for user engagement and monetization
- Build, test, and deploy campaigns across push, in-app, and email channels
- Maintain MoEngage campaigns, including testing, deployment, and tracking results
- Work with Engineering to set up attributes and triggered events for campaigns
- Support user journey mapping and personalization by profile
- Contribute to monetization strategies, promotions, and win-back campaigns
- Optimize performance via segmentation, surveys, and A/B testing
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations
- Coordinate campaign assets, briefs, copy, templates, and segmentation lists
- Stay current with new marketing technologies and capabilities
- Based in Latin America with C1C2 English fluency
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1+ year in Lifecycle or Growth Marketing
- Hands-on experience with mobile CRM platforms (MoEngage, CleverTap, or Braze)
- Strong copywriting, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering on lifecycle triggers
- Ability to interpret customer data for targeted campaigns
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Purchasely or similar monetization tools
- Familiarity with paywall strategies and in-app monetization tactics
- Strong analytical skills for campaign optimization
