  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on all company printers and multifunction devices.
  • Monitor printer performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Manage toner and consumables inventory, ensuring timely replacements.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and warranty services.
  • Maintain documentation of printer maintenance schedules and service history.
