• ) for new projects and series production; Coordinate Simultaneous Engineering layout meetings for new projects and series production; Analyze and ensure that the layout meets escape route requirements, occupational safety regulations, and ergonomic needs; Support the Purchasing area in the development of process packaging and customer packaging; Assist Product Engineering in the receipt, allocation, and installation of machines and equipment in the layout; Define and design the optimal material flow; Determine the final space required on the shop floor and any expansion or construction needs; Support dynamic material flow analysis based on VSM and line complexity (identify bottleneck stations); Develop and present different layout concepts for the production line; Support Continuous Improvement teams in activities related to plant layout; Support the engineering team in routine management in SAP; Responsible for creating and maintaining the plant''s capacity control; Responsible for implementing and maintaining the electronic OEE and productivity monitoring system; Support the engineering team in the execution and implementation of production documents.
