Good-to-HaveLeadership and Mentoring Capacities. 1)Good organizational, written, and oral communication Skills. 2)Creation of license usage & denial reports and budget allocation reports periodically. 3)Working with different stack holders (like network team, AD team, SCCM team, Security Team and End user computing Team) to resolve application installation, deployment, and license issues. 4)Working closely with SME’s and Key-users to know their requirements and issues 5)Good understanding of Product life Cycle Management processes. SNResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1Analyze the work assigned based on priority and respond to customer queries and requests. 2Discuss with onsite lead and coordinate support activities and development initiatives from offshore.
