This role contributes directly to customer satisfaction by supporting daily laboratory operations, resolving application‑related issues, and delivering high‑quality training and education on Beckman Coulter Diagnostics solutions.This position reports to the Field Service Application Leader – Brazil and is part of the Field Service Application Team, located in Recife, PE, working remotely and primarily at customer sites.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Provide on‑site and remote application support to customers, including troubleshooting, corrective and proactive visits, and workflow optimisation.Deliver customer trainings and continuing education activities, ensuring correct system use and adherence to best laboratory practices.Partner with Field Service Engineers, Sales and Marketing teams to support product implementations, new launches and customer engagement activities.The essential requirements of the job includeBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Biology or a related Life Sciences field, with multiple years of hands‑on experience working in clinical analysis laboratories;Proven experience providing application support, troubleshooting or training for clinical laboratory users, with solid practical knowledge in immunology, hematology and/or clinical biochemistry;Fluency in English for participation in technical trainings, meetings and documentation; fluency in Portuguese is required.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Ability to travel frequently (up to 80% of the time) within the assigned territory and occasionally within Brazil and internationally for training.Must have a valid driver’s licence with an acceptable driving record.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Beckman Coulter Diagnostics systems or similar in vitro diagnostics product lines.Spanish language skills.At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
