- Coordenar as rotinas de Contabilidade (R2R): razão geral, conciliações, lançamentos, ativos fixos, inventários e fechamentos mensal, trimestral e anual;
- Coordenar as atividades fiscais e tributárias, assegurando a correta apuração de impostos diretos e indiretos (PIS, COFINS, ICMS, IPI, IRRF etc.);
- Garantir a entrega das obrigações acessórias (SPED, EFD, DCTF, entre outras) com qualidade e dentro dos prazos;
- Assegurar conformidade com USGAAP, GAAP Local e legislação tributária vigente, incluindo impactos da Reforma Tributária;
- Atuar na gestão de riscos fiscais e contábeis, mitigando contingências;
- Produzir e revisar relatórios financeiros mensais, trimestrais e anuais;
- Liderar e desenvolver a equipe contábil e fiscal, promovendo capacitação técnica contínua;
- Atuar como ponto focal em auditorias internas, externas e fiscalizações;
- Participar e liderar projetos estratégicos, como implementação/melhoria de ERP (SAP) e iniciativas de melhoria contínua;
- Atuar de forma integrada com áreas como Finanças, Controladoria e Jurídico.
- Graduação completa em Contabilidade, Administração, Finanças ou áreas correlatas;
- Pós-graduação ou especialização na área financeira (desejável);
- CRC ativo ou disponível para ativar;
- Sólida experiência nas áreas Contábil e Fiscal, com foco em impostos indiretos;
- Experiência prévia nas áreas contábil e fiscal em indústrias/manufatura;
- Experiência com gestão de equipes;
- Conhecimento sólido em SAP (MM, SD, FI, CO, PP);
- Conhecimento em USGAAP, GAAP Local e legislação tributária brasileira;
- Inglês avançado para conversação; Espanhol intermediário (desejável);
- Pacote Office completo; Power BI como diferencial;
- Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida em Bragança Paulista - SP.
