- com Were looking for a Change Manager to lead organizational transformation by enabling positive changes in processes and protocols through strategic planning, execution, and monitoring.
- This role is key to ensuring a seamless transition into new systems that maximize efficiency.
- We are seeking a people-oriented leader(empathetic, supportive, and nurturing) who can guide employees at all levels to adapt to and embrace change with confidence.
- Duration: 9 months Responsibilities: Plan, implement and supervise organisational changes Perform key roles in the change management process, which include strategizing to reduce expenses, boost revenue and amplify efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate every step of the change processes and protocols of the proposed changes and find solutions to bridge the gaps in these systems Ensure that the training plans guarantee a smooth transition into the new strategy As a change management lead, track the progress of the new changes and report them to senior business heads and stakeholders.
- Deal with resistance from employees and staff members by anticipating the tension while developing the proposed changes.
- Required Skills/Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration or a related field of study English Advanced (B2-C1)+8 years of experience Prior experience working as a change manager or in a similar role is required.
- Proficiency in change management practices, principles, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred skills and qualifications Masters degree in human resources, business administration or a similar field Intermediate Spanish proficiency (highly desirable).
- CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) certification Experience in monitoring change management protocols, from start to finish.
- Hands-on experience in leading implementation projects from planning to execution.
- Nice to have- Experience with Kronos.
