- Ensure the coordination between Procurement Category Management and Group Sites and Affiliates located in Latam.
- Manage the Procurement network on the corresponding perimeter, prioritize actions and pilote all related resources.
- Feed global organization with inputs related to mid-term strategy.
- Establish and execute the multi-year strategy; working cross functionally to support Latam stakeholders on Quality, Delivery, Costs & Risks aspects.
- More specifically provide appropriate support and review action plans in Rio, Sao Paulo and Latam affiliates.
- Represent other members of the Procurement team in Projects and Business reviews (If needed).
- Monitor the procurement spend and ensure the appropriate categorization within the spend cube.
- Collaborate with Global Procurement contributing to define the target Vendors list and Suppliers' footprint (mainly geographical).
- Coordinate the complete process of acquisition for materials and services following the principles of Strategic Sourcing (RFI / RFP / TCO), according to the scope defined with the stakeholders.
- Responsible for the negotiations on direct materials (mainly packaging) and on indirect spends (services and materials for indirect purchases such as MRO, Production, Facilities, Lab Suppliers, etc... ), delegates or is directly involved for most important ones.
- Seek continuous cost reduction, through the development of new suppliers and renegotiations on current spend.
- Responsible for Transformation initiatives and delivers savings on categories under management aligned with the Procurement team targets/objectives.
- Support local internal customers, providing follow up and adding value to their areas.
- Coordinate and present KPI's.
- Ensure a comprehensive contract management system is in place and maintained at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, Foreign Trade or Logistics
- Master's Degree / MBA is desirable.
- Minimum of 5/7 years' experience in Procurement.
- Fluent in English, Advanced in Spanish.
- Vision, Collaboration, Team Working skills are required.
- Adapted to work in matrix reporting environment.

- Flexibility and Ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Detail-oriented, organized and ability to handle tight timelines.
