This role is vital for those passionate about creating engaging conversational experiences that connect businesses with their customers through various channels.Key responsibilities
  • assist in translating statements of work into functional conversational experiences;
  • support research and requirement gathering with clients and end users;
  • design user-friendly conversational flows and contribute to dialogue writing;
  • help identify the need for language localization and cultural adaptation;
  • participate in heuristic evaluations of existing dialogue and flows;
  • assist in creating NLP strategies, mapping intents, and building expression libraries;
  • maintain updated design documentation;
  • take part in testing activities and iterate based on results;
  • help curate content and conversational flows post launch to suggest improvements;
  • engage in prototyping solutions;
  • collaborate with other designers and team members at Sinch.

Requirements:
  • some experience or internship in designing conversational experiences;
  • basic knowledge of conversational design and UX principles;
  • team-oriented, user-focused, and ready to embrace change;
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • desire to learn and grow in the field of conversational design.
Big Plus!
  • Experience with platforms like Miro, Jira, or Confluence
  • Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese
