Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
  • Maintain financial records and analyze balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
  • Preparation of financial and management reports
  • Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company
  • Open exchange period in SAP
  • Perform the proper settlement of costs in the respective transaction matrix, and accounting reconciliation of all accounts
  • Calculate exchange variation (jurisdiction and cash) and monetary variation (tax credits and judicial deposits)
  • Responsible for the analysis and preparation of accounting entries and accounts payable via form
  • Responsible for the fixed assets module (Analysis, control, creation of assets and analysis and processing of depreciation / exhaustion
  • Responsible for processing revenue entry, cost price difference, appropriation of prepaid expenses, and shared cost sharing
