Windows System Administrator

• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Windows environments, troubleshooting system and network issues, and administering core Microsoft infrastructure services.
• Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user and group administration, OU structure, and permissions.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows-based services such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve issues related to authentication and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues within a Windows environment.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and operational procedures.
• Qualifications: Proven experience in Windows system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and related services.
• Proficiency in managing DNS, DHCP, DFS, and GPOs.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for authentication and performance issues in Windows environments.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and IP subnetting.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Preferred Qualifications (not required but a plus): Microsoft certifications (e.
• g.
• , MCSA, MSCE).
• Experience with remote desktop support tools.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell is a plus).
