We guarantee that our operations stay stable and robust during the life of the well.Partner with the bestThe Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless Service Delivery execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure the company execute the job in line with customer and company expectations and contract terms and conditions.As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment
  • Conduct all activities in line with our core values, and non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars
  • Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon
  • Primary resource for the Service Delivery Manager to assist in executing all activities as outlined in the Manage the Job Cycle process
  • Coordinating and monitor all job activities as outlined in the Manage the Job Cycle process across organizational boundaries
  • Accountable for the use of Job Center in location to manage the jobs at hand.
  • Accountable for Technical Review of the job planning, Equipment preparation and people readiness.
  • Working with IWS Project Managers and / or other PL’s SDC on X-PL critical tasks within a job.
  • Responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements
  • Responsible for ensuring completion of training and development of Field population
  • Primary contact for client for job planning, preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for the company
  • Be familiar with the assigned client’s process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives (examples clients asking for BKR to operate outside of product specifications, client asking BKR to execute work in way that is not aligned with the BKR SOP…)
  • Prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery
  • Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash
  • Coordinating with field crews to manage any requirements / mobilizations during the job at the customer well site/location
  • Assisting other Service Delivery Coordinators with Technical Peer Reviews.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor’ Degree in an Engineering or other technical degree with proven experience
  • Regular situation with CREA
  • Have relevant work experience.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Good interpersonal skills
