Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para aprender sobre as rotinas de Recursos Humanos, participar de projetos estratégicos e atuar na proximidade com as áreas de negócio. Você auxiliará em diversas subsistemas de RH, contribuindo para o crescimento e bem-estar dos nossos colaboradores.Suporte à Gestão de Pessoas para o Negócio: O estagiário apoiará os HRBPs na interação com as áreas de negócio, ajudando a entender suas necessidades e desafios relacionados a pessoas. Isso pode incluir o auxílio na preparação de apresentações, coleta de informações sobre equipes ou projetos, e suporte em iniciativas que visam alinhar as estratégias de RH aos objetivos da empresa.Coleta e Análise de Dados de RH: O estagiário frequentemente auxilia na coleta, organização e análise de dados relacionados a indicadores de RH, como turnover, absenteísmo, pesquisas de clima, entre outros.
