This role focuses on overseeing the design, implementation, and enhancement of SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions. As part of our fully remote team, you'll be instrumental in achieving business objectives and advancing our technology offerings.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP TM solution implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and design efficient transportation processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP TM with related SAP modules and enterprise systems.
  • Provide advanced support for incidents, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
  • Develop technical documentation and deliver training to end users.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by applying best practices and new SAP innovations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in SAP TM (Transportation Management).
  • Strong background in configuration, integration, and customization of SAP TM solutions.
  • Advanced understanding of transportation processes in large-scale organizations.
  • English proficiency B2+ (Globant tests this; ideally C1/C2).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SAP projects for consumer goods or cosmetics industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in multinational and multicultural teams.
