Learn more about itTHE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Client Success Manager (temporary) to our Client Success team in São Paulo, Brazil!This role is to join the B2B team and will be responsible for managing a key portfolio of our enterprise clients. As a Enterprise Client Success Manager , you will be expected to bring significant business results to Wellhub through upselling, cross-selling and renegotiation within existing accounts. This person will also work in collaboration with different areas of Wellhub to improve and evolve the client's experience.

- Responsible for developing a sales plan for each named client - what products, what expansion opportunities and the WHY Wellhub for the client in these areas, leading the client relationship for a portfolio of large and complex enterprise accounts after the point of sale throughout the client lifecycle;
- Ensure contract renewals, expansions and negotiate contracts on an annual basis;
- Partner with client's HR and decision makers building an approach to connect their C level to other Wellhub execs and or the execs at other clients to broaden and deepen their connection and engagement with Wellhub
- Provide product feedback (client requirements, product shortcomings, enhancements, etc.) to product management;

- Solid experience in a client-facing position leading large and complex client relationships, cross-selling and upselling in an existing portfolio;
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work in a team environment, and solve problems creatively and efficiently;
- Ability to operate independently and leverage lane management as needed;
- Strong attention to detail and extensive ability to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently;
- Able to analyze and improve current job processes/protocols and anticipate/manage change in a quickly moving global business environment.
- Highly proficient in both Portuguese and English.
