- Engaging with potential clients on LinkedIn – Commenting on posts, sending thoughtful connection requests and handling light outreach conversations
- Managing and organizing our LinkedIn inbox, flagging important replies and keeping track of conversations
- Tracking outreach activity and follow ups using internal tools
- Supporting other admin tasks as needed. Keeping things organized, updating documents and helping our team stay on top of priorities
- Staying in the loop with our workflows and taking ownership of small but meaningful tasks that keep everything running smoothly
- 1+ year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar roles
- Strong written English and verbal skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and basic project tracking tools (Notion, Trello, or similar)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several small tasks without letting anything fall behind
- Able to work independently and proactively — you don’t wait to be told twice, and you spot what needs doing
- Available at least 2-3 hours overlap in CET timezone
- Experience working in or with a marketing or creative agency
- Familiarity with basic outreach or lead generation workflows
- Experience writing or adapting client-facing content (comments, intros, follow-ups)
- Understanding of eCommerce or digital marketing (even if light!)
- You’ve worked with fully remote teams and thrive in async environments
